The first company in our group was established in 1990 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Since its inception, it has been dedicated to the manufacturing of high-quality Kraft and Duplex boards, utilizing 100% recycled waste paper. We are proud to emphasize that our production process is entirely free from agricultural residue and wood-based pulping, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Our plant boasts an impressive production capacity of approximately 2,45,000 metric tonnes per annum in Kraft and Duplex boards.
Dev Priya Product Ltd. has developed an extensive distribution network across India and continues to expand its footprint internationally. We are steadily gaining traction in key overseas markets, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Middle East, and various countries across the African continent.

VRP Telematics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading online retailer and distributor in India, operating across 20 states. The company offers a diverse range of consumer products, including IT hardware, mobile phones, appliances, watches, jewelry, and other durables. With a strong annual revenue of ₹2,800 crores (FY25).
